Our rotating Citra pale ale returns with a tropical twist, this time dry-hopped with Nectaron for big pineapple, passionfruit, and peach flavours, perfectly complementing the zesty punch of the Citra. Refreshing and juicy with a delicate, bitter finish.

Our steadfast, rotating hop, Citra pale ale is back, and this time with a unique twist—dry-hopped with Saaz! The classic Saaz hops lend lager-like qualities, bringing delicate notes of honey, bergamot, herbal undertones, and a hint of spice. These flavours beautifully balance the bright citrus punch of Citra, creating a refreshing brew with a crisp finish and subtle layers of complexity.
It goes to show how just one small step change the process can make a very different beer, which ticks all the boxes for fans of both pale ales and those who appreciate a nod to traditional lagers.

A fruity, hazy, sessionable pale ale with Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado. Beautiful rich citrus, tropical fruit and pine notes on a lightly sweet cracker-like base with a satisfying bitter finish.
We've updated the recipe slightly for this batch, reducing the bitterness and amplifying the hop flavours. We've updated the yeast from Verdant IPA, which we’ve used for most of our pales over the last couple of years, to London III for extra fruity IPA vibes. These tweaks make the hops sing and the fruit flavours come forwards to create an altogether softer beer.

LA LUPO INTER NI (The Wolf Within Us) is a more traditional New England than where we usually pitch our IPAs, with Citra, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin and Idaho 7.
Heavy orange notes, pine trees, pineapple cubes, minty freshness, juice adjacent, with a crackle of clean bitterness.
