Our brand new ULTRA PALE ALE is one of our most pintable gluten free beers yet: an easy-going cask beer, bright and full of life, and one that commands repeat drinking. A simple, lean body with a base of First Gold hops is accentuated with a light dry hop of Simcoe and Citra for big lemon and fresh cut grass vibes. Our bright and fruity Berliner, Beaucoup Weisse, is back! Based on a classic German recipe, always with delicious raspberry, but this time liberally laced with juicy cherry!
The classic core raspberry flavour offers a refreshing perfumed sweetness, and is our favourite fruit to use in beer. The addition of cherry this time delivers rich berry and almond notes, balancing perfectly with the fun-time raspberry atop the lactic-tart wheat and malt.

LA LUPO INTER NI (The Wolf Within Us) is a more traditional New England than where we usually pitch our IPAs, with Citra, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin and Idaho 7.
Heavy orange notes, pine trees, pineapple cubes, minty freshness, juice adjacent, with a crackle of clean bitterness.

A hymn to Citra and Belgian yeast, Franck is an IPA hopped throughout with the juiciest, most citrusy delightfully brilliant hop! Used throughout the process Citra brings all the lime, tangerine and sherbet lemon top notes you’d expect as well as prominent sweet lychee.
Used in bittering Citra adds a rounded, firm but easy drinking crackle to balance the fruit flavours as well as the tropical, foam banana, gentle spice and bubblegum notes from our blend of Belgian and English yeast strains.
Satsumas, sweet orange, lemon and a hoppy dankness pop all over a canvas of gentle malt, oats and wheat. A touch of acid malt brings a tangy, complex and satisfying finish!

A fruity, hazy, sessionable pale ale with Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado. Beautiful rich citrus, tropical fruit and pine notes on a lightly sweet cracker-like base with a satisfying bitter finish.

This dreamy soft IPA is generously hopped with Citra and Idaho 7, with Azacca and Mosaic on dry hop duty. Vibrant flavours of mango fizz, passionfruit curd, piney terpenes, pineapple upside-down cake, blueberry jam and juice-laden citrus fruit create a tropical cloud-like experience for your taste buds!

EVERY EVERYTHING
6.6% COLD IPA

This beer is a culmination of everything we have learnt from our last two Cold IPAs - EVERY EVERYTHING uses an adjuncted grain bill with maize and rice, giving the beer a decent mouthfeel while retaining a high level of dryness.
Chinook provides bitterness, Citra is used up until Whirlpool for big citrus vibes, and Centennial and Talus are on dry hop duty for a one-two punch of pine and grapefruit.
The beer is then fermented cold with a lager yeast, for maximum crispness and hop expression.
