We went for a forage around Zapato with our pals with Torn Plant, minimal intervention ciders, and found a bunch of local blackberries and hogweed seeds. Torn Plant have added these to their Kingston black single variety cider, together with some of their local damsons, and then aged it in whisky barrels. Very limited run, very good!
