Produced on the island of Sicily by Stefano and Marina Girelli, the vineyard's new owners, this estate has been revitalized despite its initial condition. The mature vines that remain produce truly exceptional grapes. Stefano Girelli is a strong advocate for organic and sustainable production, believing that organic wines reflect the strong identity of the vineyard and its natural environment.

Focusing on natural and traditional winemaking methods, the Cortese estate still ferments their wines in terracotta. They combine modern technology with traditional techniques to create wines that truly reflect the terroir.

This orange wine is a fresh blend of Inzolia (80%) and Zibibbo (20%), offering complex aromas of orange peel and stone fruits with slight floral notes, complemented by great acidity and a pleasantly bitter finish.

Pairs well with Oriental dishes such as Thai Chilli and lime white fish.
